Covered in Sequins

Have you heard of Ciaté's Sequined Manicure? You don't have to buy the kit to create the same nail design. All I used was small round glitter, a nail polish in the same color, a pencil and a clear nail polish/top coat.

 

Tutorial 

1) First, I applied a thin layer of Sinful Color Silver. The color is similar to the glitter I used. Thus, I have defined edges and little gaps between the glitter aren't visible.

2) Then I added a thin layer of clear polish. With the help of an old pencil I framed the nail with silver small round glitter from this set, which was sent to me by Born Pretty Store for review.

3) I applied another layer of clear nail polish in the middle and filled it with glitter. I didn't roll the wet nail into the jar of glitter, but I used a brush to dab the glitter onto the nail.

4) Finally, I sealed it with a top coat and painted the other nails with Golden Rose 227.

Very easy and clean! I can't wait to try the other colors from the mini round glitter set :) It contains twelve little jars of different colored glitter. Eight of them are iridescent and  therefore great for color experiments...
